What to expect

Join me every Thursday at 12noon PST for 6 weeks in an online movement class. Each class will be 20 - 30 minutes in length. If you can't make the live class - catch the recordings!

These short-but-sweet classes will focus on the fundamentals of movement that your body craves. As we know, over time our body create compensations to move around pain and discomfort created by old injuries, trauma and/or emotions. In this class we will challenge those compensations and restore and improve your movement, prevent injuries and feel great! 

Classes will be recorded on Facebook Live and uploaded to this site (**UPDATE: Classes will be held via Zoom and updated to the Thinkific site). You will have access to this course for a few weeks after it finishes. In the associated private Facebook group, you can ask questions at your leisure and hold discussions pertaining to the course and it's content. And as always, bonus material will be provided such as anatomy diagrams, links and explanations diving into the "why'.

A question I ask often when there's pain: Are you not moving because it hurts, or are you hurt because you're not moving?
