What to expect

Join me every Thursday at 12noon PST for 4 weeks in an online movement class November 18 - December 9, 2021. Each class will be 20 - 30 minutes in length. If you can't make the live class - catch the recordings!

These short-but-sweet classes will focus on the fundamentals of movement that your body craves. As we know, over time our body create compensations to move around pain and discomfort created by old injuries, trauma and emotions. In this class we will challenge those compensations by restoring and improving movement, and at the same time: prevent injuries and feel great! 

Classes will be held via Zoom and then uploaded to Thinkific. You will have access to this course for a few weeks after it finishes. There will be an associated Community set up in Thinkific to ask questions and report findings/progress feelings :) And as always, bonus material will be provided such as anatomy diagrams, links and explanations diving into the "why'.
